Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating, as well as a fan. The country house boasts a private outdoor area with an above ground pool (open from May to September), a garden and an open terrace. Vega de San Mateo is five minutes away by car, Cruz de Tejeda is 15 minutes away, the town of Tejeda is 25 minutes away, El Roque Nublo is 30 minutes away, and Artenara is 30 minutes away. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Parties, pets, smoking, and additional guests are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce and has motorbike and bicycle storage. The owners live on the farm, next to the property, although guests have complete privacy. Only guests can be on the property and additional guests are NOT allowed under any circumstances.
